About the Position
We are looking for a talented HR Business Partner (HRBP) who thrives in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. Under the direction of the HR Director, the HRBP provides guidance and solutions on human resources operational issues. In addition, this position partners with management to facilitate the delivery of HR services.
The candidate will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Policy Interpretation & Application, Payroll, Performance and Compensation Management, Talent Management. This position may carry out additional responsibilities to include Organizational Design, Employee Development initiatives and Training. Our Human Resources Manager will manage human resources related matters such as policy implementation, payroll, auditing, resolving inter-employee conflict, training programs, and providing feedback to management.

Responsibilities
- Execute all HR processes.
- Provide daily assistance with human resource related matters for all departments within the company.
- Answer inquiries from employees on a variety of human resource topics.
- Ensure recruitment efforts are consistent, effective, and efficient and follow established practices.
- Create and post job openings internally and externally.
- Record changes in work hours, classification and pay, job assignment, etc.
- Process employee leaves of absence.
- Complete payroll for all contracted staff and review the hours worked and assignments completed.
- Be Responsible for timely, accurately, and compliantly processing the bi-weekly payroll.
- Audit and process payroll documents.
- Process employee data for new hires, changes, additional earnings, etc.
- Process employee Time & Attendance data to payroll and reconcile variances. Audit the time tracking system.
- Prepare and distribute Paystubs.
- Maintain payroll records.
- Prepare and maintain employee files, assuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
- Organize and maintain Human Resources personnel records.
- Track record new hires, transfers, terminations, and changes in job classifications.
- Assist with job analysis and revisions to job descriptions.
- Assist in the investigation of employee complaints.
- Perform surveys relating to personnel, wages, etc. as directed.
- Process paperwork for employee terminations.
- Perform data entries and creates spreadsheets.
- Maintain confidentiality of pertinent information to assure personnel rights are protected at all times.
- Perform other duties as required to accomplish the objectives of the position.
- Manage a partially remote workforce.
- Provide daily assistance with human resource related matters for all departments within the company.
- Complete payroll for all contracted staff and review the hours worked and assignments completed.
- Provide feedback to management on interpersonal relations within employees, performance, complaints, and any other related issues related to employees.
- Manage and resolve issues between employees. Carry out thorough and objective investigations and report these back to management.
- Develop policies and guidance for management for best practices for each department.
- Create terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers between departments.
- Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, salary administration, performance management, employee relations, recognition programs, regulatory compliance and offboarding.
- Build and nurture employee relationships.
- Support legal compliance in different countries.
- Complete the onboarding and offboarding process of employees including the following: create job descriptions, confirm that applications and documentations are finalized at the time of hire; draft offer letters; schedule new hire training; distribute and collecting payroll and benefit forms for data entry.
- Update the employee handbook on an ongoing basis.
- Assist with auditing employee files, reports, productivity and take appropriate disciplinary action.

Qualifications
- Fluently Bilingual (English + another Language). A perfect candidate would demonstrate an outstanding level of fluency in both English and another language (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or similar.
- 3+ years of HR experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Drive, & Google Docs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly detailed-oriented, employee-focused, and flexible.
- Responsible.
